I've always wondered why Rachel Bilson has the most captivating eyes, until I finally realized she wears heavy eye makeup. I don't have anything against her.

no i don't think she wears really heavy eye makeup. her eyes are kinda big and i think the colors she wears make her eyes pop not excessive amounts of makeup.Do you think Rachel Bilson wears heavy eye makeup?
