What is the heaviest makeup a girl can wear?

It'd have to be that stuff that they use to make it appear as if you're a different ethnicity to your original one. A whole new skin, nothing can be heavier than that :)What is the heaviest makeup a girl can wear?

oh id say, heavy caked on foundation with dark blue eyeshadow, heavy on the black eyeliner, and dark brown brow liner. pile on the black mascara. maybe some pinkish red blush to satisfy you? pour on the $lutty lipstick and liner and glob on the gloss!!! then pack it all in with setting powder. would you like heavy nail color as well and a trampy trashy outfit and hairstyle too?

I always thought that old style pan stick foundation and the old miners (brush and block) mascara was the heaviest...
Liquid Foundation.... definatly can apply bare amounts on the face to be caked on... like icing!!
Foundation plus powder add layers but i don't recommend it because i don't wear that much make up
Young people can get away with wearing a lot more. (its ironic because they need it less)! when i was younger i would cake on heavy heavy eyeliner and bright blue eyeshadow and stars everywhere. now I have more imperfections to cover and can only get away with wearing a little concealer and blush.

The most cover you can get is from Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation and following with powder-it feels heavy and uncomfortabel to wear so I wouldnt recommend it to be honest!
