Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. It's not just the make up that makes a woman attractive or unattractive. I have to look at the whole lady in order to know whether I'm attracted to her or not.
A lot of make up is NOT a good thing. You don't want to look like a hooker. A little bit of touch up make up is fine, but no more than that.

No. In fact, I find visible makeup to be a distinct turnoff. If one is going to do makeup at all, keep it subtle!
