For carry on when boarding US flights, you are allowed to bring liquid makeup, lotion, toothpaste etc. all put in 3 oz bottles, all of which must fit into one single transparent quart size ziplock back. This plastic bag should be taken out from your bag and placed in the bin while crossing security scanner. A big tube of toothpaste rolled up does not count to be 3 oz.. You don't need to put lipstick into this bag.How heavy can your makeup, lotion, etc. be when ona plane?
Don't carry any on you to take on the plane they will either throw it away or keep it.
