i only use eyeliner but the best eyeliner is from sallys..it starts with a p and is only like 2 bucks. what i do to get the dark look is but it on on the inside and bottum of my eye..you know the part lik..you pull down..and then i mak a TINYYY tail that comin out of my eye and a thin line on top and a thinner line on the bottum. i hope this helps. i may not hav made any sense
this might sound a little crazy but this really works if you do your top eye with mascara three times then eyeliner on the bottom eye then put a dab of mascara in the middle towards the top then rub it out it may come out weird the first couple of times but after you do it for a while it looks better and better
