Heavy makeup!?

Here's a pic. of miley cyrus with heavy makeup. I hate her but I like her eye makeup. Please dont write crap about me trying to be myself and not copy celebrities. Its just one pic and I just like the eye makeup. So could you tell me what makeup and tricks she might of used? TY.

It really isn't that much...I've seen girls with alot more..But anyways..It looks like they might have drawn a thick line of kohl or pencil eyeliner and topped it with similar color eyeshadow to set it..Looks good..I like it!Heavy makeup!?

That is way too much make-up for a 15-year-old...yuck.


At any rate...just google eye make-up tips and you should find everything you need.
1. If your complexion is not clear it would be a good idea to apply concealer and foundation to where you need it.





2. Next, curl your eyelashes using an eyelash curler, if your eyelashes need to be curled. (Some people have natural curly eyelashes.)





3. After that, apply black eyeliner to the top and bottom part of your eye with a mechanical eyeliner pencil. Smudge the liner. Or use as close to the lash for a more rock star look.





4. Now it is time to put on the mascara. Some people have naturally long eyelashes and they dont need mascara. It just depends on how long your eyelashes are. Start at the base of your eyelashes and wiggle the brush from side to side.


Then curl the brush upward to coat the rest of your lashes.





5. Next you will need to put on eye shadow. Use a light brown color on the eyelid. Sweep on from top to bottom,then use a lighter gold color torwards the crease of your eye apply toward either the inside or the outside of your eyes depending what looks best.





6. After that, put on a very light colored blush, in either rosy pink for light skin, or a deeper pink for darker skin.





7. Finally, put on a light pink colored lip gloss, or you can just use clear lip gloss.
It's just lots of black eyeliner and you line the inside rim of your eyes and on top and smudge it all in. then finish with lots of black mascara.

It looks like she has had her eyes lined all the way around


And then a dark grey or black (ish) shaddow has been applied right on her lid up to the crease


(you can shape it how you like, prehaps blending it outwards to get a more cats eyes almond shape!)


It baisically just involves a lot of black eye liner and eye shaddow, to complete the look she is probably wearing false eye lashes, to add to the heavy rock star makeup look! But if you dont have (or wont be able to get) any falseys, just layer up the mascarra


It's quite simple, you can just experiment before you wear it out, and there;s also some good tutorials on youtube (and the rest of the net) showing how to get the heavy smokey eye look

smudge pencil eyeliner around your eyes and put on a shade of grey eyeshadow .. look up smoky eyes on google or something, they will probably have loads of sites explaining it better than me :)
